Origins of the name

The cafe has been dedicated to the Tasmanian tiger, thylacine, a beautiful animal, that unfortunately went extinct around 1936, due to habitat loss, human invasion, and persecution, although some say there may still be some, somewhere, based on sporadic sightings. Who knows. It is a tribute to this mysterious animal, which represents the mystery of life and language, being a part of life, and the communication system to be found both around humans and animals. All alive beings communicate, one way or another.
